TYLER’S JOURNAL | ISSUE #1

Hey,

Let's cut the bullshit right now.

While you were sleeping in yesterday morning, scrolling through someone else's life on Instagram, and waiting for motivation to magically appear, I was watching a select few men completely dominate their competition before 7AM.

These men understand something that the mass of modern men have forgotten: Your morning isn't just another part of your day, it's the foundation that everything else is built on. Surrender it, and you surrender everything.

Look around you. What do you see? A world of men who've been domesticated into docility. They wake up and immediately jack into the digital matrix, mainlining dopamine and other people's priorities before they've even taken their first piss.

And they wonder why they feel powerless.

Here's the truth that no one else will tell you: The first hour after waking is when your brain chemistry is perfectly prime d for focused aggression. Testosterone levels are at their peak. Cortisol is optimally elevated. Your prefrontal cortex is hungry for direction.

What do you feed it? Facebook? Email? News, designed to make you feel afraid and small?

You're literally programming yourself for mediocrity, and you're doing it voluntarily.

Try it tomorrow. Put your phone in another room tonight. When you wake up, leave it there. Take a cold shower. Then give yourself 60 minutes of uninterrupted focus on the one thing that would most change your trajectory if you mastered it.

I don't care if it's uncomfortable. I care if it works.

The world doesn't need more comfortable men. It needs men who are willing to be temporarily uncomfortable for permanent improvement.

Which one are you choosing to be?

Tell me how it goes. I read everything you send.
